Evening meals and breakfasts are taken on the ground floor on tables that we sometimes group together for friendliness. We can provide a lunch to take away for lunch. Plant food is the future of the planet. It has 1000 faces: playful, creative, spectacular also sometimes, but especially healthy. We are what we eat teaches the Inuit people. You will enjoy dishes mainly prepared with organic food or virtuous production, sometimes even picked in nature. Vegetables are preferred in permaculture and we practice an active watch to select the most loyal suppliers. Our choice is for local and seasonal, but without making it a dogma when the flavor or recipe requires a particular ingredient. Vegetable cooking is also fun!
